Kullu, Himachal Pradesh — An inclusive awareness workshop was successfully organized at Government Senior Secondary School, Dhalpur Kullu, with the aim of promoting inclusive education and sensitizing the community toward persons with disabilities. The initiative focused on creating awareness among students, teachers, and staff about the importance of inclusion and equal opportunities for all.

During the event, school spokesperson Mr. Gopal Sharma appreciated the initiative and stated that supporting persons with disabilities is both a social and moral responsibility. He expressed gratitude to Samphia Foundation for organizing the workshop and commended the efforts of the Aash Child Development Center for providing essential services to children with special needs. He also emphasized the need to maintain a compassionate and respectful attitude toward individuals with disabilities.

Social worker Dhaneshwari Thakur shared information about the organization’s services, explaining that it provides important support such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and special education for children with disabilities. She also highlighted that the organization conducts awareness campaigns across educational institutions, public programs, and festivals to promote a more inclusive society.
