Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Samphia Foundation, we deeply value your support and contributions. As a nonprofit organization, we maintain transparency and accountability in all transactions. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which donations or other payments may be refunded or cancelled.

1. Donations

  • All donations made to Samphia Foundation are final and non-refundable.

     

  • Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

     

    • A duplicate donation made in error.

       

    • A technical error resulting in an incorrect amount being charged.

       

    • Unauthorised or fraudulent transaction detected by the donor.

       

To request a refund, please email us at samphiafoundationkullu@gmail.com within 7 days of the donation date, with the following details:

  • Full name of the donor

     

  • Date and amount of donation

     

  • Transaction ID or reference number

     

  • Reason for the refund request

     

If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original method of payment.

2. Event Registrations / Program Fees

If you have paid to register for a Samphia Foundation event or program and need to cancel, the following applies:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date: 75% refund.

     

  • Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the event date: 50% refund.

     

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event: No refund.

     

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to samphiafoundationkullu@gmail.com.

3. Volunteer Fees (if applicable)

If you have paid a participation fee for a volunteering program:

  • Full refund if cancelled 15 days before the start date.

     

  • 50% refund if cancelled 7–14 days before the start date.

     

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program begins.

     

4. Transaction Failures

In the event of a failed transaction or technical glitch where money has been deducted but not received by Samphia Foundation, the amount will be refunded by the payment gateway provider as per their terms. Please allow 5–7 business days for such reversals.
