Dev is passionate about building products and services that serve the most underserved populations of the world, and a global expert in tech solutions to support last-mile programming.  Dev also serves as Vice President of Product for Dimagi, an award-winning, impact-first and socially conscious organization that builds and scales digital solutions for effective frontline work across the globe. 

Dr.Marie Brien

Clinical Program Mentor

Marie Brien PT, MSc, is a pediatric physiotherapist from Canada with over 40 years of experience in clinical practice, research, program development, and training. As a Clinical Mentor at Samphia Foundation, she plays a pivotal role in strengthening our therapeutic interventions for children with disabilities.

Marie has been instrumental in leading a partnership between Samphia Foundation and the University of Toronto (Canada), enabling student placement programs and research opportunities. Through this collaboration, students gain hands-on experience in pediatric rehabilitation while contributing to innovative research that enhances intervention strategies for children with disabilities.

With her extensive expertise in pediatric rehabilitation, Marie provides evidence-based guidance to enhance our clinical practices. She supports the development of structured programs, facilitates training sessions for our team, and ensures that our approaches align with international best practices. Her passion for inclusion and commitment to empowering children with disabilities and their families make her an invaluable asset to Samphia Foundation’s mission. We are honored to have her guidance in shaping a brighter future for the children we serve

Aditya Mishra

IPS – Advisor & Mentor

Aditya Mishra, an esteemed IPS officer, brings his vast experience in governance and policy implementation to Samphia Foundation as an advisor and mentor. His strategic guidance has been instrumental in strengthening our engagement with government programs and expanding our impact.

He played a pivotal role in referring Samphia Foundation to the National Health Mission (NHM) for the DEIC (District Early Intervention Center) program, enabling us to integrate our work with national healthcare initiatives for children with disabilities. His insights continue to help us navigate collaborations with government agencies, ensuring that children receive the essential interventions they need.

With his unwavering support and vision for inclusivity, Aditya Mishra remains a key pillar in our journey toward creating a more equitable future for children with disabilities in India.

Yogendra Chaudhry

IRS, Govermnet of Haryana

Yogendra Sir has been our guiding light when it comes to any administrative guidance and inspiration to do better. A humongous task of getting an Income Tax Exemptions Certificates for Samphia Foundation was made rather easy due to the guidance given by Sir. A quick conversation with Sir can a bring a smile on our face and infuse us with much needed motivation. When not being busy being a efficient administrative officer, Yogendra Sir is an Advisor to Youths and is a champion for youth empowerment and nation building! A former Executive Head of the Nehru Yuva Kendra, Yogendra Chaudhry( IRS ) currently holds the office of Advisor to Chief Minister of Haryana and principal secretory, Sport and Youth Affairs , Govt of Haryana.

Cynthia Hunt

Co-founder of HELP Fund

Cynthia Hunt is a seasoned development expert with over 30 years of experience implementing grassroots initiatives in remote mountain communities. As the co-founder of HELP Fund, HEALTH Inc., and CHAI, she has dedicated her career to empowering marginalized groups, including persons with disabilities, at-risk youth, and women farmers facing displacement due to climate change.

A recipient of the Velan Foundation and Canadian High Commission Lifetime Achievement Awards, Cynthia’s work continues to drive sustainable change in some of the most underserved regions of India.

Dr Gaurav Bharadwaj

President, YATN

Dr. Gaurav Bharadwaj is a social worker, National-level football player, and founder of YATN (Youth Association for Transforming Nation), an NGO driving environmental conservation and youth empowerment in Kullu. He has led large-scale cleanliness and tree plantation drives, earning state recognition.

A passionate advocate for sports, he serves as President of the District Athletic Association of Kullu and the Cycling Association and runs Kullu Football Club. He holds a PhD in Physical Education and is an Assistant Professor and Football Coach at Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla.

Beyond his professional and social work, Dr. Gaurav is also the pillar of strongest support for Shruti More, the Founder of Samphia Foundation, as her husband. His unwavering encouragement, belief in her vision, and shared commitment to creating a meaningful impact have been integral to Samphia’s journey.

Anuj Sharma

Legal Advisor

Anuj Sharma has been an integral part of Samphia since its inception, offering his legal and administrative expertise pro bono to support our mission. His journey with us began with a simple yet powerful intent—to contribute to a cause he deeply believed in. Through his initiative, we connected with AD Hydro Power Limited, which now sponsors our work under CSR.

Anuj holds an LLB from Symbiosis Law College, Pune, and an MBA. With over two decades of legal practice in the courts of Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, and Delhi, he brings extensive expertise in corporate, criminal, and civil law. His insights and dedication continue to strengthen Samphia’s foundation, ensuring we navigate legal challenges effectively while staying focused on our mission.
