The nationally recognized Winter Carnival, held in the world-class tourist city of Manali, is famous worldwide. This carnival begins every year on January 2nd with a tableau festival, during which women, dressed in various traditional attires, proudly showcase their rich culture.
This year, Samphia Foundation also had the opportunity to participate in the tableau festival on the theme of disability. Through our “Therapy on Wheels,” “Hamara Samphu,” and disability-related slogans, we spread awareness about disabilities among the people.
